This is a repair/ rebuild service for your own Blue and Me module. You are not buying a part from us. Once you have purchased our repair service, you will send your own Blue and Me module to us, which will be repaired/rebuilt and returned to you.

Repair/rebuild turnaround times are between 1 to 3 working days. Once your Ble and Me is returned to you, it will simply plug in and play. You will NOT lose any programmed information or lose your mileage data.

If any codes or DTCs need to be deleted from the vehicle, this information, along with any further tips and advice, will be included in the return package.

Previously tampered units:

We strongly suggest giving us a call if your Blue and Me has been previously tampered with. After we have received your part, if it is found to have been previously tampered with without us having previous knowledge, a minimum tamper fee of £20 could be charged. We will notify you if this is the case. Within this tamper test of your Blue and Me module, we will confirm if your module can be repaired/rebuilt to our high standards, which is backed by a lifetime warranty. If due to the previous tamper, we are unable to repair your part to our high standards, a minimal test fee totalling £39.50 plus VAT (return carriage included) will be charged only.

Warranty:

All our Blue and Me module repairs come with a 2-year standard warranty on all repairs. Our Lifetime Warranty remains intact as long as you own the vehicle, i.e., for 10 years. You will have a full part and labour warranty for the duration of this time.

Turnaround time:

90% of all repairs/rebuilds of all Blue and Me modules are completed within 24 hours. The maximum time frame for all repairs is between 1 to 3 working days. If your Blue and Me module is worse for wear and needs longer attention and testing, we will contact you to inform you throughout the repair service. Walk-in while-you-wait services are available on request.

Delivery:

We highly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery to you as a service to get your instrument cluster to us. After the repairs are completed, your instrument cluster will be returned on a DPD next day fully tracked and insured (up to £150) express service. This service also includes a text and email notification system to alert you when your parcel is about to be delivered. If you wish to have your part insured for a higher value when it is returned to you, you can increase this by calling us. Further charges are applicable.
